ENGINE REBUILDING / RECONDITIONING

Motor Machinists provide full engine reconditioning services from vintage/classic through to modern/late model vehicles, including motorcycles, cars, trucks, heavy machinery and marine. We also build performance & modified engines to suit the customer’s requirements

ENGINE BALANCING

Engines have uneven forces from rotational mass, reciprocating mass and firing intervals our team are specialists in this field so you don’t need to be. Let our specialist staff take care of this process for you.

FULL TURNING SHOP

Fully equipped turning shop with the latest in accurate milling and turning technology matched with passionate operators who want to deliver superior service. Our lathe and milling technology has been built up and developed over many decades and this is a specialist area for us.

METAL SPRAYING

Give your worn or damaged crank or shaft a new lease on life – our metal spraying system is ideal for Crankshaft Noses, Rear Seal Areas, Water pump Shafts, Camshafts, Keyways in shafts, Axles, Pulleys and Cylinder Block Cavitation.

FLYWHEEL GRINDING

100% Accuracy with our flywheel grinding service – we use the latest diamond grind compound which ensures an accurate cut every time. Our flywheel grinding systems allow us to grind flywheels up to 640mm in diameter and have 300mm vertical clearance.
